Above the clouds was a WONDERFUL experience. I had been messaging with Deana for two years before deciding to book a flight. She always answered my questions patiently and thoroughly and was very encouraging. The day of the flight could not have been any smoother or more pleasant. Our pilot Chris was very friendly and skilled. This was a bucket list experience for me and I couldn’t have asked for better vibes. Two thumbs up and Five stars!
This was amazing… We saw NYC from New Hampton. Chris and Deana are very professional but also just great people. Couldn’t recommend this more for anyone interested in taking a hot air balloon ride
