We had the company do concrete work for us before and it was good. The concrete mix batch must have been bad and it peeled the top layer of our patio which they redid. That was nice. However, their communication and availability need some work. We tried to have them come out and give an estimate on another project, contacted them twice but they never made an effort to schedule a visit. We're moving on.
What a kind and responsive place! We called about a step problem on Monday afternoon, Glen the owner came Monday night and they already have it framed today (Wednesday). They were scheduled out until mid August but found a way to make it work! Wonderful experience!
