Our experience with Above PAR was extremely disappointing and stressful. Based on what we went through, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do careful research before signing a contract. After entering into an agreement for work on our home, we were given a project start date. That start date was missed multiple times—four separate occasions over a period of about five months. My experience was not good. I was left without a bathroom for 123 days. It took over a year to complete the final remodel. They finished the job but did not complete up to our standards. They held our money for months before they started the work. Poor communication and poor quality of work.
Communication is non existent. Had a house fire 9/10/23 and the repairs are still not complete. I'm constantly asking why and when and just get pushed off or no answers from the owner. Update: As of 3/2/26 repairs are still not finished. Still being pushed off. It's been very apparent that I'm not a priority.
Great experience, will definitely use again
Very happy with the process and results of my project. Brian was exceptional to work with, he was always available to take my calls and would stop by often to check on progress and answer any questions. From observing him with his crew It was very obvious that quality was a big thing for him which I was impressed with.
