Below Par is more accurate... I contacted Above Par Construction for a quote on a leaking roof. A representative came out on Saturday, identified the issue, and promised to send a quote by Monday. Monday came and went—no quote. I followed up and got no response. When I called the main line, the receptionist assured me we’d have the quote by Thursday. Thursday came and went—still nothing. By far one of the worst cases of contractor negligence. If you dont have the means to execute the job in a timely manner you should not take the job. You are messing with people's lives and money. I am a carpenter by trade and know that being honest about what the job entails and the timeline to complete needs to be transparent. If you are supposed to finish a minor addition and you started in april, it ahoukd not take you til august to maybe start drywalling. Do the work right the first time so the inspection doesnt fail. We had 4 new windows and a storm door replaced on October 3rd and 4th of this year. The windows were made by Climate Solution and they are perfect. We just love the why they look and they have a slight tint to them when the sun hits them. The new storm door is a Larson and it’s the one that has the hidden screen at the top and it’s exactly what we wanted.
