Everything I say in this post is the 100% truth and I am still clean and sober till this day. I say that not for an applause or to toot my own horn, but so whoever reads this understands that I am not some angry addict who has relapsed, looking for revenge. Above It All has been shut down...all six facilities were denied licenses. Detox deaths, non compliance and un profesional . I am a medical professional and addiction counselor. This number will divert you to another facility operated by the same people. According to the AG San Bernardino it is not illegal to use the discredited facilities ads to divert to a different facility...the father's post is right...be very careful where this ad sends you. I give it and all who follow a zero.
STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. My son died there after less than 36 hours .When he was admitted he tested negative for any drugs. He was never evaluated by a doctor when he was admitted and was administered medication without ever seeing a doctor. They are supposed do 30 min. bed checks. When they finally checked him he was dead for 2-3 hours. He DID NOT die of illegal drugs. He died from medication given to him at the facility. I don’t feel AA, NA, & etc. meeting are for everyone. I have a dream to create a space where sober people can just go to hang out, enjoy themselves, and support each other without such a structured environment, a home away from home. My mission is to provide a relaxing place where sober people can congregate and just talk about whatever they wish to whomever they want and not have to feel the pressure of speaking in front of a crowd, which is what takes place at AA or NA meetings.
