The instructors are not only safety focused, but also so sweet and fun! I have no gymnastic experience, dance, etc. but they are so encourage and helpful at Above Ground Aerial. They offer a variety of quality aerial classes including silks, hammocking, lyra and rope. It's a great work out and an exciting hobby to be involved in.
Great community, fantastic atmosphere, best workout. Fit for all fitness levels. Amazing, safety-conscious instructors. I couldn't ask for more!
