Great man, appraisal and experience were very good
Unethical Appraisers. When an appraisal was done by an appraiser by this company, they failed to mention that they previously owned the property they were appraising. This can invalidate the appraisal and has jeopardized the refinance of the property. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Board of Appraisers. Caution is Advised when dealing with this company.
Josh completed an appraisal recently for a duplex that I purchased. He did a very thorough and concise appraisal. He included good comparable properties and appraised the building at a fair market price.
Was on time and communicated well. Not impressed with the appraisal part. Did not do a great job on comparison to other houses.
