We are a family business since 1985. We do window cleaning, pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning. We do houses, offices, condos, storefronts, buildings, pretty much anything that has windows . We give free estimates. We are local guys, locally insured.

James came to do our windows and was only able to do the inside. Once he started the outside he said it was too cold and the water was freezing before he could wipe it off. Promised to come the following day that was November 19th. He hasn’t returned and my mistake was paying him in full. It’s snowing outside now and 3 weeks later. James cashed my check on 11/22/22. Don’t use these people as they are not dependable!

I have called this business 4 times and got an answering machine each time. The message says we will call you back as soon as possible. I have yet to get a call back. Even if you are too busy to take on more work at least have the decency to call people back. It’s a 30 second phone call. Very far from “Above and Beyond”.
We’ve used them repeatedly over the last 4 years and have been completely happy with their services. They do a great job for a really reasonable price. Highly recommend!
We had these guys power wash our office and clean 70 windows. They were professional, awesome and meticulous. We are so happy with their services. And we highly recommend him and Insurance Works in Torrington Connecticut
