We bought a brand new HVAC system for one of our rental properties less than three years ago and it’s already broken and it’s due to a faulty Condenser coil. We obviously have the warranty on our HVAC system, However after paying $400 to get them to come figure out what the issue was we find out that only one part would be covered under the warranty and it conveniently was not the part that broke. Don’t use this company. They will tell you free estimates then charge you for coming out. Also their only motive is to upsell you a new unit/condenser. Would not recommend
