They charged me $150 and did nothing I asked him what did you exactly do? He said I just looked at it, so I had to call someone else to fix the issue. do not call this company if you don’t want to spend money twice

I called after a storm tripped my breaker today 5/30/24. The made an appointment with me and said the would be here by 6:00 PM. They just called 4:03PM and advised they cannot come out till Monday AM. Don’t waste your time with these people. They will waste your time and leave you with little ability to get someone else out. They are telling you in this response that they called back and changed their mind that they could get someone out. Why on earth would I depend on their word again. I work from home. Jordan thinks calling a customer misogynistic because their employees made mistakes and false claims on a recorded call is ok. They refuse to take responsibility that they made mistakes, allow employees to gaslight customers, and then cancel claims/work.
