NOT Dependable or trust worthy. I did not meet any professional staff for this agency. the receptionist was sent over to cover and also enjoyed breakfast and lunch while there. The other sitters ate breakfast, lunch and dinner on us during their shift. I felt like the owner was picking relatives and other people up as replacement when the schedule sitter did not show up. Once sitter was caught smoking marijuana by the neighbor. Sitter was not CPR/First aid certified

They were supposed to be my caregiver three times a week and so far this being the second week I've had one full visit and then one where the worker just came to help me get a shower... I had a stroke three years ago and can not use my left side, so this service is important to me and I am not pleased with the service I have received so far!!!!
