The Above and Beyond team have been a lifeline to our family during my mother's hospitalization. The admin team had an amazing caregiver at her bedside within a day to give my brother and me a much needed break from long days visiting and helping my mom. The caregiver is highly experienced, advocates proactively, and is very kind. Our mom is always asking when she is coming back.
Ceo lacks communication which makes me weary. If a company can't communicate, they can not provide good service. Booked with them and they asked me to pay prior to receiving service. I asked if I could pay half before and half after receiving the service. No response. Followed up 2 days later- no response. Between Laundry, light cleaning, and helping Mom overnight. Above and beyond has become part of our family. I don't know how we managed before them.
