I called 9:50 am this morning for repair. The gentleman who answered the phone told me someone will be here before 12pm but 4 hours later no one show up. I called three times to try to get hold of someone but no one was there to pick up. Completely wasting of time.

Dennis was very nice at first but when his repairman came to do the install he said that we were missing a key part(that Dennis needed to tell me I need to buy) so he can’t install. He then rescheduled the appointment and they never came and never called. I then called and they said Thursday morning and they never came. Then I spoke with Dennis himself and was not apologetic at all and said “what do you want me to do”. Wrong answer! Excellent and very prompt service. Dennis answered phone promptly. Had ready answer for my problem. Suggested replacement for my over 25 y/o plus garage opener. Advised on the cost which was fair and would have come the next morning, but I requested a Friday visit. Prompt and professional service by Matt who was courteous and very willing to answer my simple questions. I have no problem recommend this company. 5 stars Please
