I have had a wonderful experience at ABFH and look forward to continuing my journey, all the team are so friendly, helpful and very supportive. I was a little apprehensive about starting at a gym but I have enjoyed it immensely. I love the small groups of classes that have different levels of exercises to suit various fitness levels. All the people in the classes are also very friendly and encouraging it is a great atmosphere to exercise in. I also love the results I have achieved during my time.

I hated gyms with a passion. Until i came here, almost crawling through the door considefable boby pain hips f Down given medication for 4 months and did nothing in 5 weeks no pain full Body movement an inspjration this place and no ego or judgements

It’s a very friendly, non pressured gym where staff are very encouraging and supportive. It’s actually fun attending classes
