I recently had my home cleaned by Above and Beyond Cleaning, and the experience was outstanding. The team was professional, thorough, and paid close attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure every room was spotless, and my home felt fresh and welcoming when they were finished. Fee structure was opaque, their estimate was way off AND the math on their invoice was incorrect, and one worker left half an hour ahead of schedule (with no change to my rates). Not worth the hassle; I'd rather work with people who communicate transparently & professionally. EDIT: AFTER I paid the invoice they sent me an itemized list of three rooms substantially uncleaned after they had gotten me to authorize an extra $260 of cleaning. There are only 8 rooms in my house. This is essentially fraud.
I've been having some serious struggles with my room with depression and injuries just constantly setting me back. I was barely keeping up with the common areas of my house and I finally had to just bite the bullet and ask for help! And Omg Emma was so nice and so understanding and I can't appreciate her help more!!!! She didn't judge me or anything she just came in and got right to work and was super fast!
