I give this service a one because, I feel like it was missleading. I came in for deliverence for a prevailing issue but I never had a deliverence session. My meetings were constantly confused with what session I was supposed to be on. I spent time filling out lengthy forms that were never discussed and I was told to go back and fill them out again.
