After my dog experienced explosive diarrhea on bedroom carpeting and a large area rug i wasn't sure they could be cleaned. I tried Above & Beyond hopping they could at least do something. To put it mildly, I was totally surprised by Above & Beyond. The carpeting now looks amazing, basically like new. Stains and smell all gone. It took a couple of hours but the technician Greg, did a fantastic job. If I ever need carpet cleaning again for any reason, I will definitely go to Above & Beyond.
Above & Beyond did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and removing a stain. Frank, the owner, was thorough and meticulous. He first pulled up the carpet to ensure the stain hadn't soaked through to the pad and then used a multi-step process to eliminate the stain. He also cleaned my older beige carpet and made it look several shades lighter. Frank is knowledgeable, methodical, and easy to work with, and I would definitely have him work on my carpets again.
They called themselves a different name, not above and beyond. Besides that, I had to clean up water that was left on my floor. Then I noticed scratches on my hardwood floors leading into my bedroom so they could do the grout. The scratches are in the bedroom on the floor as well. The Owner, Rich, Said he would come and take a look. He never showed up never called just charged me for a job. That was very much inferior.. Frank and his entire team do quality work at fair price. They take the time to listen to your needs while offering insight on other service you may require. No matter what the surfaces are in your home, his team can handle it. I highly recommend them!!
Was happy they could fit me in within 48hrs but not happy that my quoted price jumped $100 more day of job when I originally provided sq ft, # rooms etc. From there price was negotiated (not very professional). I was told they would send me a text when job was finished so I could lock back up. never got a call or text.
