I'm 100% pleased with this company. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. I will go back to this company for any of my vacuum and sewing needs. Rate them an A+.
Dyson sent me to them to fix my vacuum. The lady never mentioned that they had a backlog otherwise I would have turned right around and walked out. 1 week later I call to see whats going on and they tell me that its another week before they even LOOK at my machine. Dyson advised me to get my machine back and go elsewhere. I go to pick up my vacuum to be told that its in Thornton and no idea when they can get it back to me.
