We were in an emergency situation with a broken water pipe under our house and called Above and Beyond. My first impression was wow, this guy actually answered his phone and I didn’t have to leave a message waiting for a call back. He said he had a tight schedule however he could stop by and take a look at the situation. So he donned his hazmat suit and literally had to do a commando crawl to check out the problem.
