I have been getting my laser done with Chrystal for over a year and I would have rated it a 10 star. She is such an amazing soul. So kind welcoming and makes me feel so comfortable. It’s a shame she is no longer there. I had my first experience with the new girl Hazel. The whole time she was talking badly about Chrystal and it made me feel so uncomfortable. I was so shocked. I’ve been going here for a few years now. This is not the place to go if you want professional laser techs and a great *comfortable* experience. I saw some hair growth reduction which is nice but I was scared and intimated coming into above and beyond often. Crystal was the best tech and I recommend if you’re going to go there. But the other techs were like mean girls.. they always gave me dirty looks and wanted to get me out of where as quick as possible.
