I have called 3 times on different days, leaving a voicemail, texting the number posted, yet not a single response. Doesn't appear to be a professional establishment.
I had bought a new battery thinking it would be an easy swap, but it turned out to be more complicated than expected. Every shop and dealership I contacted quoted around 3.5 hours at really high rates. Then I reached out to Ben at Above and Beyond Eurowerks he had me send a few pictures, said “no sweat,” and told me to meet him at 6 PM. True to his word, Ben swapped the battery in about 10 minutes, reset all my computer flags, and charged me a fraction of what others were asking. I had an oil pan replacement and rod bearings service completed here for my 09 M3. Bottom line, Ben runs a very busy shop so I am grateful for his responsiveness and quality of work. He is transparent, patient with all my questions, and very knowledgeable. He gave me a GREAT deal on parts/labor, super flexible with my schedule, and ensured he took care of extra things “while we were there” during the services.
