They charged me $150 and did nothing I asked him what did you exactly do? He said I just looked at it, so I had to call someone else to fix the issue. do not call this company if you don’t want to spend money twice
We were very impressed by Michael Cordis! He was able to identify and fix many mistakes made by our original hvac installer and missed by previous techs. He was extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining what was wrong and options for fixing it. We got a next day appointment and they returned the next day to finish. From sending a photo and bio of the tech before my visit to an immediate follow up call each time to make sure we were pleased, they definitely live up to their name! Highly recommended!
I called after a storm tripped my breaker today 5/30/24. The made an appointment with me and said the would be here by 6:00 PM. They just called 4:03PM and advised they cannot come out till Monday AM. Don’t waste your time with these people. They will waste your time and leave you with little ability to get someone else out. They are telling you in this response that they called back and changed their mind that they could get someone out. Why on earth would I depend on their word again. I work from home.
