My fiancee and I feel so blessed that we were referred to Above & Beyond in an emergency situation. We had just moved into our new home the day before Thanksgiving, had company over, and the drains for the bathrooms clogged. Joe came right over within hours and got to work, even though it was a Saturday evening. He called a Restoration Company for us, who also came right over and helped us get set up with the Insurance Company. That's what I call "going above and beyond"!
Joe was professional, honest, punctual and explained the possible issues and my options. Very pleased with the sevice! Highly recommended!|
