I am so glad I got up early when traveling for work to drop in here. Hannah was the Coach and she was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable.
Was in Little Rock for Christmas, and was able to get ahold of them first for a drop in! Great gym with lots of space. I came in on an open gym day. Great help from Sarah and overall good people.

I’m from out of town and decided to drop in at a local CrossFit gym. This gym stood out to me just by the rating and reviews alone, and they did not disappoint! The owners, Greg and Gena, are very kind and welcoming. The coaches are super knowledgeable and motivating! The facility is HUGE and they all the space and equipment you need to run large classes and not get in each other’s way. I had a great experience here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for membership or just dropping in!
