I’m from out of town and decided to drop in at a local CrossFit gym. This gym stood out to me just by the rating and reviews alone, and they did not disappoint! The owners, Greg and Gena, are very kind and welcoming. The coaches are super knowledgeable and motivating! The facility is HUGE and they all the space and equipment you need to run large classes and not get in each other’s way. I had a great experience here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for membership or just dropping in!

I was looking to switch Crossfit gyms and A&B CF was at the top of my list. From Day 1, Gena (one of the owners) has been welcoming and helpful with giving me info (and a free trial week!) about the gym. Have been with A&B CF since then (2 years and counting!). It has everything I've been looking for: friendly and encouraging community for both everyday athletes and competitive members, rockstar coaches, and top notch facility!

With the 2024 deer season coming I knew I was in for a vigorous season as I was headed to public land to fill my archery tag. Being out of shape at 56 and having lost our public hunting ground in 23’, I knew it was going to be tough. That’s when a friend referred me to Chris Black at Above and Beyond Crossfit.
