My father and my Aunt have been residents at Above and Beyond at the Knights for about 3 years in their Memory Care unit. Naila and the staff are extraordinary! From Nicki, at the front desk, who greets you with a big smile and a warm welcome to Amal, Fufu, Tess and the rest of the amazing nurses, aids and support staff; they truly go above and beyond! My Mom has been in the memory care area of A&B since 2022. She transferred from another facility that said they could no longer meet her needs. From day one, the care here has been excellent. She is always, clean, well-fed, and treated with dignity and kindness. The staff are dedicated, attentive, compassionate and loving from Nikki at the front desk, to aides like Amal, Sarah and all the others. I am compelled to rebut the completely unjust and bizarre reviews of Above and Beyond at the Knights (A&B) provided by my sister Linda Findlay and her son Brett Findlay. My Mother was moved into A&B after hospital discharge because she was unable to return to assisted living. It was unexpected, but we did as much diligence as possible and selected A&B after many discussions. Above and Beyond at the Knights is a Senior Living community in Allentown that takes pride in providing dignified care for their residents as if they were taking care of their own loved ones. Naila, her staff, and her family are dedicated to providing the best quality of life for the rest of the residents life in an active community that caters to providing personalized care for each and every resident. This review is written as an endorsement of Above and Beyond at the Knights (A&B) in Allentown, PA, and their Director, Naila Furiccia. Unfortunately, my sister, L Findlay, has continued to speak out unfairly against this fine facility, and has been joined by her son, Brett. When Brett says that “they should be investigated”, the point is that my sister filed twenty-six (26) complaints with state agencies against A&B.
