extremely wonderful staff ! My son loved everyone & they loved him just as much ! communication was very easy and they are always there to help !
Revolving door of therapists. And when they let my friend go, they deleted her account on BACBA website (which should have stayed active for 60 days) so she lost her credentials. They were required to give their "trainer" their username and passwords. Also she watched another therapist assault a child and that therapist was only sent home for one day and still has a job there.
At this moment he has helped us with our son's behavior
The in home service is horrible. I dnt think the BCBA that we have give the therapist anything to do because there are no goals being achieved. They stand around with your child doing nothing. It’s so weird and I’m sure all programs are not like this. They all seem lazy, including the BCBA. We are trying a different ABA service.
