Do no use them for home inspections! I had them inspect my pellet stove and they missed 3 broken pieces!! They caught 2 of them later after I already closed on the house when they came to clean my chimney but when it came to fixing it he forgot to come once, he also cancelled on me after that, and then he was impossible to get a hold of!
