Today (3/5/25), J. & Marty came to our home for a clogged pipe where the washing machine hose is located. My rating for them is a 10 (higher than 5). Kudos to J (Jay) & Marty. They arrived on time. We have had this kind of service in the past and was very dissatisfied. We decided to try again because i am really old and can’t do much anymore. I want to tell you this time we struck GOLD!!! It appeared that the hot water heater Blew up. Water was coming out everywhere. I did what i could to stop it and still get some water in the house. Then a miracle took place! Above all was awesome! Affordable but also great quality work. Jay and Marty were professional, kind and easy going. They were so thorough and the end result was excellent. Mary did several things that were icing on the cake and I didn’t have to ask for it. Would highly recommend. They were very honest and upfront.
