Dawn and Preston put in a new system (both outside & inside). Set a window between 8am & 8:30 to start the install and even arrived a few minutes early, which tends to be rare in most cases with maintenance work. It was a bigger project so if you are doing a full system replacement plan for 6-9 hrs of work. Dawn mentioned he adjusted the outlet pipe in the crawlspace to drain better, which is appreciated.
