Switched to All Above about a year ago or so. They have been GREAT with their service, their communication, pricing, and most importantly everyone I have dealt with is super awesome!! Small business that understands customers and being nice, goes a long way. Today they were out to fix an old mini split of mine that needed a new part. Was not a mini split they sold me as it's a few years old but they took the time to look up my unit, call the manufacturer and confirmed it was still under warranty. Excellent, fair, and honest service. Mark, Don, and Christian were all great to work with. Certainly hope we don't need them again soon, but wouldn't hesitate to call if we do!
Thermostat went out. My technician's name was Brandon Westbay and he was very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. I will certainly feel confident if needed to use this HVAC service again.
