STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! OWNERS HAVE A COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS TIME. I had an appointment made here for fingerprinting services. I arrived 5 minutes early, knocked on the door and patiently waited. No response. Judging from there being no light shining down under the sill of the door, it didnt look like anybody was there. I had an appointment for 9:10am on a Monday morning. The establishment was closed. There was a line of people waiting for the same. Several attempts were made by the persons in line to contact the company and no made contact or receive notification that the establishment would be closed. When a another customer called the scheduling agent. They were informed that the tech tends to run late and there’s nothing to be done but sit and wait. Appointments could not be rescheduled for same day.

No one there for my appointment. Had the lady across the hall try to contact them and was told they went home early..?? Got nowhere trying to reschedule. So unprofessional and a waste of my time.
