Do you know what it sounds like when you take a long piece of metal and shake it?! Try listening to that every night that it's windy. We built our house on the side of a hill.. It's windy all the time. Above All installed our metal roof and installed the wrong ridge cap... so all the air goes up our sofits and then down the roof under the metal. Above All did a great job with roofing my greenhouse. Unfortunately, they didn't finish the job. That was Feb 2023. The flashing at the joint with our house was terrible and actually scooped water into the wall. The picture below shows the flashing they left me with: an inch of two of exposed house wrap above their flashing. And that wasn't the bad part. I asked for flashing so that I could do it correctly.
