They came out to look at our roof & said they would call us in a couple of days with an estimate. After SEVERAL days my husband called them. They claimed that they didn't have our email address so they couldn't contact us. THEY HAD OUR PHONE NUMBER. After accepting the job, again, they said they would contact us. We waited & waited.
