Extremely disappointed with this carpet cleaning experience. We were given a quote over the phone, but none of the additional charges were mentioned until the technicians arrived at our home. Only once they were on-site did they inform us there would be extra fees—$40 per room—for things like pre-treatment enzyme spray, deodorizer, and sanitizing.
