If I could give this company negative stars i would. Very disappointed and now paying for ripping up carpet they treated Used this company for carpet cleaning in our basement and 1 bedroom upstairs before we moved into our home which needed the carpets cleaned- they gave a "deal" to pay with cash, charged us $500 to upgrade because they said it needed extra shampoo and rinses. Extremely disappointed with this carpet cleaning experience. We were given a quote over the phone, but none of the additional charges were mentioned until the technicians arrived at our home. Only once they were on-site did they inform us there would be extra fees—$40 per room—for things like pre-treatment enzyme spray, deodorizer, and sanitizing.
