Our tow truck driver, Ernest, was great. Very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Overall , a good experience.
Had 2 broken rims from a rock in the road. Brought it to this shop. Worst mistake you can do. I have never, in my life, gone to a mechanic where I had to find my own parts. When I found what the mechanic said were the right sized rims, I bought them and had them shipped to the shop. They were not the right size. Took 2 weeks for him to find them and I had to just buy them from amazon. Communication with him was extremely slow. Was lucky to get a reply inside 24 hours.
