Alicia at AAA was an absolute sweetheart ! She truly listened to my concerns and also helped me come up with ideas in order for us to deal with the heat in our home, i really do appreciate and applaud all of her efforts in helping me and my daughter. Carlos came out 20 minutes from our emergency call. What we feared would be an astronomical charge ended up being a relay switch. Alisha the officer manager worked with us to get our service contact in place for this call. Professional, caring, and fair in pricing.
