They got to me quick and I was on the road within 3 hours! Great, fast service.
I originally called as my APU was not charging my batteries. After waiting almost 6 hours, the tech showed up and diagnosed a faulty bus fuse and holder as the problem. Since it was now late at night, I was told there was no where to get the part at that time. I would be charged for a road call and two hours labor(minimum). I agreed with the understanding that the tech would return the next day with the needed parts and finish the repair.
