Have been with this practice, since 2022 when my previous ob/gyn retired. Dr. Ajala has been an intricate part to my women's health. Front desk staff and all staff at the Lorton office are always pleasant and friendly. Nurse practitioner, Gomez, is my go-to backup when needed. She's very pleasant and personable. My only negative comment, which I didn't reflect in my rating because my overall experience has been great, is calling the phone line for appointments or to get general information. I was extremely frustrated with this experience. I simply needed a prescription refill because there were no refills remaining. When I called the office, I was told there would be a $25 fee just to request the refill over the phone. Instead, I sent a message through the patient portal, only to be told I needed to schedule an appointment. I paid my $40 copay, had my blood pressure checked, and spent less than five minutes with the nurse practitioner before my prescription was refilled.
