I saw Dr. Deaver Chang in Walpole yesterday. She is a caring and attentive doctor who ensures the patient's comfort and helps the visit go well. She also has a beautiful characteristic that I seldom see: she listens. Also, a word for Linda, the receptionist, who managed patients, the phone, room preparation, and other responsibilities with ease and efficiency.
Worst place ever do not go here. They don’t return calls they put you o. Good then hang up. You call the refill line and they ignore it. Staff is rude. Please beware
Love this practice! The staff and doctors are incredibly kind and helpful. Appointments don’t feel rushed and the times I’ve been there appointments have been on time which is much appreciated. They are also great about giving heads up about things you should check with insurance on to make sure you don’t get a crazy bill after the fact.
I went to the Walpole office and had very prompt service. Everyone was polite and caring.
