Sheri Ginn let us go a month and a half with no air conditioning during this past August knowing we had a infant at home and pets, offered no resolution besides stating that the owner was waiting on insurance to cover it because she could not afford to pay out of pocket to supply air conditioning to her own unit. Sheri Ginn of About Town Realty is easily the most unprofessional realtor I've ever encountered on the internet. She is insulting potential customers on social media, and given that she can't read or write coherently while making these unhinged rants tells me everything I need to know about a company that would employ her. Take your business elsewhere, with a realtor that has basic knowledge of contracts, spelling, and professionalism.
I would strongly advise not renting anything associated with About Town Realty or Sheri Ginn. My daughter’s AC went out 12 days ago (in August) and absolutely nothing has been done to remedy the situation. She has a 3 month old baby and Sheri could not care less. We have now paid for 2 weeks in Airbnb’s, and $1200 in portable AC units that don’t work in this house because the electrical system has not been updated since 1959.
