They said they would need to charge me to quote! (after I sent them approved drainage plans, probably $20,000+ job)... I had to ask for a quote for the quote!.. Richard said "I don’t know, $150 per hour"..., I guess I'm in the wrong business, Ive been giving out quotes for free like an idiot
