After 7 minutes of using an auger to clear urinal drain (and for a minor clean up) we were charged $199. I realize they have plenty of work to do (after back to back storms) BUT the price was twice what was expected. We'll be contacting some State agencies about this i.e. State Attorney and BBB - along with local Consumer Board.
