I have the best Pyscologist in the area, but I guess I am biased, the help and understanding I have received over my time at About Therapy has been very professional
Lisa has been so helpful to me over the years. From child rearing challenges and couples therapy to individual, one on one therapy. Lisa is someone that you can talk to about anything and feel validated. I have learnt strategies to cope better and I feel a quiet peace inside myself after all that. She is gentle and calm. About Therapy has a wonderful receptionist that perfectly compliments the business. It is a place I genuinely enjoy returning to and would recommend to others who are sensitive or lost
