If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I stayed here for Christmas in hopes of a white Christmas. We stayed December 20th-27th. On Christmas Eve, December, 24th, the power went out and and was never restored for our entire stay. We eventually were able to leave the cabin on December 26th and had to get a hotel. We were never offered any type of credit or reimbursement of any sort even though the power was out for 3 days and we left a day early!!!
