During the inspection he was super clear and helpful explaining what he saw and providing recommendations. Joel is a great inspector and he is great with the clients aswell. With his knowledge he tells you what you need to fix but he also knows ways to fix the issue. He will be straight forward with you about stuff that needs to be changed or fixed and he will tell you if its a lot of work or if its an expensive job and will also tell you why its important to fix the issues.
