Asked for a $75 deposit as a new patient which is fine but then said the online link didn't work so wanted credit card details over the phone. Really just want clinics that are easy to deal with and don't demand deposits and tricky admin.
Dr Jason is brilliant. Warm, expert, and great at adapting to the patient. I asked some technical questions and without skipping a beat he gave me exactly the understanding I was wondering about with an accessible and actionable level of detail for a patient with some clinical curiosity. Highly open, conservative recommendations (which is what you want from your dentist!) and focused on long term health of the patients teeth. That's integrity these days
