Dr. SAMPSON AND HER ASSISTANT are fantastic! My daughters both were seen here and they were excellent to both of them! Wonderful atmosphere, professional service and fantastic work!!! This place is the Best!!!
Horrible, horrible, horrible. They just want your money. Mackenzie the MANAGER, will not even listen to you and then will ask you “do you want free services or what”. Nope, just for you to bill insurance correctly. I am giving them two stars because sadly there are some good workers there but the negative attitude of Mackenzie, ruins it all. Do not recommend bringing kids to this location. Dr. Sampson does not work with kids. If they say no she will not work with them. They then charge your insurance for an exam when the only touched the tooth and stoped when the child told them to, then they ended the visit. They also falsely have charged insurance. Edit for the response from owner… I did call and Mack the manager just talked over me, refused to give me a name I was talking to and hung up on me. She also asked me “do you want free services or what”
