Amazing staff is what makes coming here a pleasure. Friendly, super helpful and tolerant of the tired people! 😅👌 Highly recommend About Sleep, western, and as we have been away and noted they had moved the new premises is even more fantastic and a great location. 2025 I have added pics re opening times also
Hi fans, it's yours truly Renee is absolutely sensational, knowledgeable and very helpful.. I do love my cute mini CPAP machine, compact and pop in my suitcase and take it with me when travelling. I can say I now have the best night sleep ! Customer service is fantastic. Whenever maintenance is required, I take the machine to Renee.. boom , done , just like that! At my appointment I was not introduced to the salesperson. The opening comment was "Has the cost been explained to you?" Charged $350 to rent an out of date cpap machine, with 4 weekly visits to ascertain "suitability". What a rip-off. The "highly-trained therapist" didn't even know what a bronchus was! I was told I would receive a phone call to see how I was progressing. Never eventuated. Would not recommend at all!
Terrible service. It took 2 months from the date I completed my sleep study to receive the results & I followed up a total of 4 times both by phone, email and a visit to the store. I was met with impolite behaviour majority of the time and received a lot of mixed messaging from various staff members I liaised with. I have since visited an alternate provider (CPAP Direct) to obtain a machine & mask in which the service has been great. It just goes to show that customer service is a dying art.
