Although I did not say yes to the dress in this store, I must mention that Ivana made the experience so heartwarming! She welcomed me and my party and immediately started to pull dresses that would fit my style. I highly recommend that everyone tries this boutique. Very hidden but walking in was so welcoming !
The store looks amazing, with so many upgrades and new styles added to the inventory. Ivana did such a wonderful job, I am so happy that they are in South Florida.
I’m not sure if she was having a bad day Consequently, her customer service was horrible. I was rushed out & she didn’t tell me bye or even followed up after my appointment. She mentioned a few times that I may not be able to afford the alterations that may have to be done for my curvy body type. I don’t recommend for curvy women!
I had been getting my dress made, but unfortunately, the designer completely butchered it just 7 days before my 15-year wedding anniversary, and I had no dress ready.
