I have been going here for highlights and haircuts for three years now that we moved to Eagle from Edwards. Its better and more affordable than any of the salons I went to up valley for 30 years. I love both Jill and Jeannine. They remember me and my hair preferences. They are so kind and genuine. I also enjoy the salon setting. It's fun and the art by the very creative owner is entertaining.
Jill is an excellent cutter. But having lived many places my experience is that when you have the OWNER doing a service, a tip is not expected ( certainly in Europe, Kenya or England). So I don’t tip the owner as they take all. When I tried to get an appointment again, I was completely given the run around that she was “on a long holiday”. So I stopped by a few months later and she was there.
