Called in to make an appointment for my dog ...who is a regular there. Talked to Pat on the phone who told me she doesn't have the book on her but 1130 on saturday should work. I said that is fine and to let me know if it does not work. I did not receive any call about an appointment change ...we dropped off the dog then received a call that our appointment was until 130 pm ....
