I’m sad to say I felt let down after trusting Jessica with our placenta encapsulation. I’m sure she may be a wonderful doula, but based on my experience, I would not recommend her for this service. Per her agreement, we were to notify her when I was admitted and again after delivery so she could pick up the placenta, typically within two hours. Unfortunately, we did not hear from her until 12 hours after delivery, despite multiple calls, texts, and emails. She later shared she had been resting after another delivery, which I... read more
