I’m sad to say I felt let down after trusting Jessica with our placenta encapsulation. I’m sure she may be a wonderful doula, but based on my experience, I would not recommend her for this service. Per her agreement, we were to notify her when I was admitted and again after delivery so she could pick up the placenta, typically within two hours. Wrapping up our journey together Jessica has been amazing. 10/10 , would choose her every time !! She provided top notch support / services during my labor which resulted in my first natural , water birth. I really enjoyed working with Jessica throughout my pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and sweet, and I felt well supported leading up to birth. When my daughter arrived 11 weeks early due to pre-eclampsia, Jessica dropped everything on a Saturday to be there for my emergency C-section. Pregnancy can feel like a roller coaster. I truly had a great experience with Abounding Grace and I'm grateful for Jessica's support. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. Prior to giving birth, she answered many questions and supported my husband and I with evidence based resources.
