This clinic went from patient caring to money making mindset very quickly. You can only take 1 minute of their time during an appointment. And absolutely cannot talk about more than one issue. Dr Gill said 'why don't you book another day we are really busy' when I asked for a refill for my birth control pills. The reception is never accessible over the phone. They don’t answer the calls and when they do, they just ask you to hold the line indefinitely and never come back. Trying to reschedule an appointment but they just won’t speak to you. Really frustrating!
If you want to make an appointment look for Dr. Aboud and Dr Gindy ,they will listen to your concerns and not make you feel rush forget the other Doctors.Everything here is organize and clean facilities.
I typically have great experiences at this clinic and have even switched my family doctor to this clinic. However, I had a bad experience with Dr. Lee, which is disappointing as this is my first bad experience at this clinic. He is not very understanding and wasted my time. I would probably avoid this doctor if you are coming to this clinic and want to have a good experience!
